HeatMate New Energy assists in the clean heating renovation of old alleys in the core area of Beijing.

The Central Nationalities Orchestra's heating at No. 11 Dongmeichang Hutong originally used oil boilers, which caused significant pollution and high costs. The Beijing Development and Reform Commission has conducted multiple surveys on the heating renovation of old hutongs in the core area, requiring a coordinated approach to environmental improvement and renovation work, integrating urban renewal, alleviation and rectification to promote enhancement, and comprehensive renovation of old communities, steadily advancing the implementation of the oil boiler renovation project. This project is located in Xicheng District, Beijing, adjacent to Beihai Park and Prince Gong's Mansion, only 1.8 kilometers from the north gate of the Forbidden City, making it a significant location with a dense population, thus requiring high stability and environmental protection standards for the clean heating renovation plan.

HeatMate New Energy's independently developed high-efficiency phase change materials and thermal storage systems feature high energy storage density, non-toxicity, safety, and stability, ultimately standing out among numerous energy storage equipment selections. HeatMate New Energy will provide 21 high-efficiency thermal storage systems and an intelligent control system for this project. After the renovation, the heating mode will use 'thermal storage + electric boiler', relying on Beijing's peak and valley electricity pricing policy, using the electric boiler to heat the building during the night valley electricity period while charging the thermal storage system. During the daytime non-valley electricity period, the thermal storage system will provide heat for the building, effectively utilizing inexpensive and clean valley electricity to meet the building's heating needs throughout the day, resulting in very low operating costs. Additionally, the consumption of valley electricity improves energy utilization efficiency; the HeatMate intelligent control system can automatically adjust according to heating demand, further reducing energy waste.
The implementation of this project will provide a great demonstration case for the clean heating renovation of old hutongs in Beijing's core area, contributing to the capital's blue skies and white clouds! HeatMate New Energy will also continue to focus on the development of efficient, stable, and safe phase change energy storage materials, equipment, and solutions, providing high-quality products and solutions for the energy storage temperature control field.
