HeatMate New Energy's phase change thermal pool will be applied to the optimization and enhancement project of the green composite energy network at the State Grid Customer Service Center Northern Park.

The State Grid Customer Service Center is located in Dongli District, Tianjin, with a total construction area of14ten thousand square meters. As a large-scale park that integrates production, office, and living, the Northern Park has achieved the construction of a green composite energy network and an innovative smart service park, and has obtained green building certification. Relying on the operation and control platform of the green composite energy network, it realizes comprehensive analysis, unified scheduling, and optimized management of cold, heat, electricity, and hot water in the park. The operation and control platform of the green composite energy network mainly includes seven subsystems: photovoltaic power generation system, ground source heat pump, ice storage cooling, solar air conditioning system, solar hot water, energy storage microgrid, and thermal storage electric boiler.

HeatMate New Energy's independently developed high-efficiency phase change materials and thermal storage systems feature high energy storage density, non-toxicity, safety, and stability, ultimately standing out among many phase change energy storage equipment selections. The phase change energy storage thermal pool will help build a new type of energy storage system, providing important energy storage support for the domestic hot water and clean heating systems of the State Grid Customer Service Center Northern Park. The implementation of this project will also provide a good demonstration case for the clean heating transformation of commercial buildings in the Beijing-Tianjin area.
