On June 1, Xuzhou Guotou Xin'ao Energy Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HeatMate New Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. Li Xiuming, Deputy Director and Deputy Secretary of the Xuzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Li Xiaodong, Chairman of Xuzhou Guotou Group, Yang Ren, Vice President of the Group, Meng Qingxian, Chairman of Guotou Huaneng, Qiao Yi, Director of the Office, Zhao Qin, Chief Financial Officer, Tong Xingguang, Deputy General Manager, Tian Peng, Assistant General Manager, and Wang Hongwei, General Manager of Guotou Xin'ao, attended the signing ceremony of this strategic cooperation agreement.

The two parties conducted in-depth discussions on the technical and feasibility aspects of the thermal pool valley electricity storage heating and mobile thermal pool waste heat recovery heating system, especially reaching a high degree of consensus on heating applications in the Xuzhou area, and achieving strategic cooperation. HeatMate New Energy will provide energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and green efficient phase change energy storage technology, products, and solutions to create a more comfortable, safer, and more economical working and living environment. Xuzhou Guotou will promote the market application of phase change thermal storage pools in the Xuzhou area, and both parties will work together to bring warmth to the people of Xuzhou under the blue sky and white clouds in winter.

At the same time, both parties also discussed the feasibility and plan for HeatMate New Energy's factory project in Xuzhou, which will gain huge market and economic benefits, drive the formation and upgrading of green energy-saving equipment in the project location, and increase export earnings, tax revenue, and employment opportunities in the project location.

Xuzhou State-owned Assets Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Xuzhou Guotou') was established in April 2010 based on the original Xuzhou State-owned Assets Investment and Operation Corporation, Xuzhou Investment Corporation, and Xuzhou Urban Construction Investment Corporation, with the original Xuzhou State-owned Assets Investment and Operation Corporation as tHeatMaten body, formed as a wholly state-owned company through absorption and merger.
