Product Composition


 

The cold storage energy storage system CESS consists of phase change energy storage modules and intelligent control management modules.
 

The energy storage components are sturdy, durable, and have high heat exchange efficiency, with flexible and quick installation. The internal phase change materials are efficient, stable, and environmentally friendly. The temperature of the phase change materials can be selected (-55℃~30℃), suitable for cold storage applications in different temperature ranges.
 

The intelligent control management module can monitor temperature data and refrigeration electricity consumption in real-time, intelligently analyze temperature and electricity consumption, and remotely set the refrigeration operation mode and fan start/stop.

Operating Principle


 

Cold Storage: During off-peak electricity or photovoltaic generation periods, the refrigeration unit operates fully, and the CESS components absorb cold energy, freezing the phase change materials.
 

Cold Release: During non-off-peak electricity and non-photovoltaic generation periods, the phase change materials melt, and the CESS module releases cold energy, maintaining low temperatures in the cold storage, reducing refrigeration operation time, and lowering energy consumption.
